Note II Lolipop Update Error

You need to download the correct drivers. From what I recall there should be a Samsung’s tool installing them.
Always best to backup your phone/tablet before doing an Android update. I usually back up, then do a factory reset, do the update, then stick my backup (apps etc) back on the device.
Lollipop is a sod for me, my S5LTE battery lasts about 25% of what it used to, power drainage sucks. I now have to use a 7500 MaH battery which is massive. Lollipop is causing lots of issues. I have had two silent updates to try to fix some issues.
Go into the Android recovery console, and wipe the cache partition, then try the update again – if that doesn’t work, then do a factory reset and do the upgrade. Google for how to get into the recovery console for your device.

Earlier I have root my Note II with Kingo root, but after sometime I unroot it.
When I tried to update my note II on wifi it shows ” Your file system changed in unauthorized way, Please try to update with Samsung Kies”
Is the above error shows because i have rooted my note II earlier?
