Help: Old video’s are always SMALL resolution on youtube

I’ve uploaded an old video of 720P on youtube.
That file was 400MB for 2 minutes.
It should be 720P, but instead it was again 110P eeeeek.

What’s going on ?
Try again later, it takes some time for yt server to process the video.
