how do a proxy config in tubedigger

Can anyone help me with this question right how do you set up a proxy
there is something i want to download on hulu but you have to be in usa to watch the stuff and i am not in the usa
so how do a proxy config
there might be a way to download hulu videos on one of my softwares there is a software called tubedigger that software downloads almost everything
and on the settings there is a button that says proxy config then when you click on that it brings up internet properties and i know you have to click on the lan settings
but how do i config the proxy to the usa
if anyone can help me with this that would be great

You need to have a high speed proxy and you specify the proxy’s address in the configuration. This will make the connections pass through the proxy. The proxy settings in Windows work on a per application basis. You can also force the proxy with http://www.freecap.ru/eng/
