Help with installing drivers

Hello. I could’t install PCI drivers for my windows 8.1 and also c++ redistributable.
Here’s how it shows in the device manager.

Try instaling AIDA64. It’s information software that will give you details on all the hardware within your computer. Then go to the hardware manufacturers website and see if they have drivers available.
You could also try right clicking on each of the yellow thingies to search your computer for drivers, or search the internet for drivers. Personally I’ve never had much luck doing this and now I just go to the manufacturers website or search Google for a driver.

If this is a branded laptop or desktop, look at the model name and then search google for drives. Model 12345 drives 32 bit or 64 bit depending on your operating system.

You might want to make sure you have these two drivers installed.
IntelĀ® Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver
ASUS Wireless Radio Control (A driver to make you switch Airplane mode(Wireless) On/Off)

I have one of those constantly in my device manager (unknown device) but I know it has something to do with a game port which I am not interested in installing anyway, so I just leave it as it is.
