no sound on convertxtodvd 3

i have convertx to dvd3 and i get no sound after conversion i use it because theres no watermark any ideas please

Yep, try that new version.
Can’t think of anything that would normally cause no sound.
I presume your file plays OK on the PC and that it doesn’t use some odd sound codec.
To see what’s what, you can use MediaInfo.

thanks i was using v5 but watermark started to appear on films and sound was fine only had this on v3 for some reason
