Is it possible to transfer FCP X FX/Plugins to Premiere Pro?

I really like Premiere Pro CS5.5 as a program so much more than FCP X, but I like FCP X’s effects that come with the program, like “Aged Paper, Desert Glare, etc”.
I was wondering if it’s possible to transfer those effects/plug ins into Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5? I’ve been trying to look into “show package contents”, but I had no luck finding those actual effects.
If someone knows where or which folder to find those effects in, than I can try dragging them over into Premiere’s plugin folder to see if that works. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.
