IZ3D Driver/3D

Is it possible to play Counter-Strike, 1.6 version on 3D using iZ3D?
I installed these drivers and as i load the game, background appears all white and with little boxes instead “New Game, Find Server, Options, Quit”.
Any possible solution?

There’s only Sourse version, but i read that 1.6 is possible if you do something with DirectX graphic, bla bla.. have no idea what what’s that, and I’m here about that..
