Do you want the sun blocked out of your phone or not?
i guess this is the only solution, go to darker places to use your phone…
you can’t be walking the whole time outside the sun…

Yes. But sometimes u get call and want to give some info stored on my. Or read some sms. Or check something.
just get something to cover the sun or go to a shade.

I know that.
I was expressing my anger that sometimes you are so helpless even though you have information handy still can’t help.
I have a Galaxy S and sometimes have similar problems and I find that even if I angle the screen so light is not reflecting off it directly, it is still quite dim. I tend to use my hand to shade the screen if I have issues and really need to use it in bright sunlight as I don’t think there are fixes available short of running a custom firmware that dangerously alters screen brightness.

Sometimes i feel like to throw away the mobile. Then i realize its costly them keep mum
its quite hard to tackle the problem of mobile brightness outside. Make sure the brightness is on the highest settings or just put your hand over it
I like the idea of an umbrella haha !
As previously said all you can do is set the screen brightness to the highest level…
The majority of phone screens suffer from this in direct sunlight even the iphone4, samsung galaxy s2
There may be certain screen protectors that can solve this, although I haven’t tried any myself..

Increasing screen will drain battery very fast. So just for this purpose who will sacrifice battery.
Moving.

lolz, pmsl at that one
@OP – can you adjust the screen contrast slightly ?
You will get this issue with most mobile phones. If you can find a screen protector with a matte finish, that might help.
Just a thought as laptops with a matte screen are better outside in daylight.
*EDIT
Just did a Google and they do exist

Technically speaking yes this is true… After you have finished using the phone in direct sunlight, turn the brightness back down to half or something…
Not rock science mate?
Yes thats a big problem with generally all galaxy phones… and there is no solution to it if u have increased the brightness to the max and still having the problem…
wait till the company pixel qi becomes more famous. then all their products will be everywhere and you will be able to see in the un
