Ipad2 downloading

I use real debrid and idm to download on my pc.
Was wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on how to download rar files and unpack them using an ipad2.
Or if it is at all possible?
Thought i wouldpost here as the guys here know their onions, rather than trawling the web with the infidels!

There are apps that say they can do it something like download manager pro. i have not been able to download like from this website but i don’t have premium accounts so that may work.
