Adobe Flash Firefox Help

Having problems with Adobe Flash Player in Firefox, it was working perfectly yesterday but today I get this error,

I am sure I have the latest Adobe Flash Player,

Try to restart firefox 2-3 times and try again.

Restarted few times and still the same error
