YouTube barely loads? And it didn’t convert my video?

Does YouTube became really slow or that it’s something with my connection?
It barely loads, and for some reason, I’ve uploaded a short video, but it didn’t process it and it writes “Failed (unable to convert video file)”.
It’s basically like other videos I’ve uploaded, in 640×458 resolution, just that the codec is DivX rather than XviD.
Maybe it’s because I’ve used “Fuc k You” in the headline? It censors this things or that it shouldn’t happen?

have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
