xbox 360 game names

August 7th, 2016

I recently downloaded a bunch of 360 isos and was wondering if there is a way to find the name of the game out from the iso because all of them have names like “image” and I don’t need to burn them yet because I only downloaded them so I would have it encase one of my games get scratched.
Also i tried to ask this same exact question at
xbox360-hacks.com
but one of the mods there felt it violated this rule
ISO Rules
ISO talk and ISO loaders ARE allowed in this forum, however, piracy is not. Do not ask for help on burning pirated games/ISOs. Do not post links, or torrent links to piracy sites, or files; and, do not ask for where to pirate/download from. Do not ask how to burn, or use ISOs you downloaded, or copied from somewhere/someone else. This is a big and easy rule, that most new users break on their very first post; Don't break it! Any posts that break this rule will be deleted.

I just wanted to know if other people think it violates that rule too because I didn’t think it did.

Of course Xbox 360 hacks gave the right response. They are a community that runs homebrew or their own backups and don’t condone piracy. To know what game you have just use ABGX.
Answer #2
Yeah abgx is the one you want. Will also tell you if their safe to play or not.
Answer #3
thanks for the help
How would I get just the name from abgx

that a funny statement when you consider its a site to get help for flashing the 360 DVD drive which the only reason for doing so is so you can play “backups”.
Answer #5
Why would you download a game without knowing what it was?
And if you did know what it was…then why wouldn’t you just rename the file?
Answer #6
When you run the game through abgx you’ll get this screen:

Yeah if you own the the original games and make “backups”, its legal in most states.

I come to this site find a post with a ton of MS links to game.
when I find a game I want I right click the link and hit open in new tab then I look for the next game.
once I have about 30 or so tabs open I go to each one and click the download button and it gets added directly to my download manager thanks to the wonders of firefox, then i close the tabs.
then I start looking for more games.
So in the span of 3 days I had 30 xbox 360 games download all with filenames like “image1.000”. so i could have gone back to the post and tried to make up the file names with the links on the post but that would take forever because as I type this I still have about another 40 xbox 360 games downloading.
just so you know I use:(* indicates firefox extensions.)
Flock
Flashget
*unofficial rapidshare tool
*tab kit
*linkification
*flashgot
these make download and finding links so much easier.

Neat.
I use IDM.
Right click > download with IDM.
That’s all.
