Yes, it does help, it also reduces the noise the 360 makes :mrredhat:

some games it wont make a difference!
and i know some it will decrease the load times….

games that are really big and compressed like big rpg and stuff like dragon age will work heaps faster

Makes them load games faster (Cept a select few, like Halo 3 dont install it to your HD)
Makes it so theres less work on your disk drive so it doesnt run as hot and your Xbox will last a lot longer.
