WordPress theme problems

Hey guys,
I downloaded 2 theme’s today! the first one wasn’t working so i tought let’s try another one!
Seems like in every wordpresstheme I download, the style.css file is missing
(that’s what my wordpress uploader sais)
anyone knows what to do?

Download complete themes, and not rip-off’s; you will be fine.
Theme’ s only cost like $15-$30 bucks =/
