Wireles going in and out for all computers Please Help

August 5th, 2016

I am currently working on a Toshiba Satellite R845 laptop but the issue is on any of my devices.
The internet keeps going in and out. I am not sure if the NETGEAR WNDR3400-100NAS N600 Dual has gone bad or is it other issues. When I try to go to the router http://192.168.1.1(or .0.1) it only times out (this is when the internet is working) I went to Run typed in CMD then ipconfig/all and received the below results.
I have been searching on the web for help but no luck. I am great with following directions but not great in the terms. If someone could step me through how to try to fix this or tell me there is no help I would appreciate it. I did run Spybot, AVG, malewarebytes and SuperantiSpyware and other than 1 trojan there were no issues. The trojan was removed and after a reboot ererything was still the same on my laptop.

Answer #1
You have network storage so you should look at Gig Ethernet for all your desktops and main clients to free up the wireless network for mobile devices,
As for your problem you seem to have two subnets ?
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.4(Preferred) Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0 Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : Thursday, March 14, 2013 7:58:25 PM Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : Friday, March 15, 2013 7:58:25 PM Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.1 DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.1 and your trying to access http://192.168.1.1 if this is the case you need some kind of routing between the two.
If its not your network contact the owner to fix the routing between the 10.0.0.0 /24 subnet and 192.168.0.0/24
Answer #2
This is my network but I am truly a novice in network things. So I don’t even know where begin or what to do on my part to fix this. Most of the issues I have are viruses and software issues, those I can fix through trial and error. If I could get a step by step for dummies that would be very helpful
Thanks
Answer #3
Well then you are trying to access the wrong url for the admin page.
Your computer is in the 10.0.0.x /24 subnet and the router is http://10.0.0.1 not http://192.168.1.1
What could be happening is you have set the ip address for a device to 10.0.0.1 and whenever its turning on you have a conflict with the routers ip.
Id start by getting a complete list of the ip address on your network from the routers dhcp page and any that you have manually configured (possibly the nas) and looking for two devices that share the same ip
