Windows xp in spanish

I am trying to find the best way to install a new (recent) copy of windows xp in spanish on my wifes computer , is there a setting , or is it actually a cd?

1. Install an English version of XP Pro (preferably a corp/volume license version so you wouldn’t have activation issues)
2. Use the following language pack to turn it into Spanish:
http://rapidshare.com/files/168674550/MUI.XP.Spanish.zip.html
You may need to fiddle with the regional options to fully apply it after installing.

So download the Spanish version of XP and install it?
Windows Vista and 7 have LIP’s available, but I don’t think XP does, you have to install the desired version.
EDIT: Looks like Roberto pulled a XP Spanish LIP out of his ass for you =D
