“Windows Cannot Find ‘Sys.exe'”

I get this come up whenever I try to go into My Computer:

It’s only when I try to enter it that I get the error, but it sometimes pops up randomly.
I’ve scanned for Spyware and viruses and found nothing.
If anyone can help that would be really great.
