Windows 7 activation code issue

So I bought a new laptop a couple of weeks ago. The guy was supposed to install Windows 7 and Microsoft Office which he did.
But a few days after the purchse, this pop up comes on my screen and tells me I need to enter a Windows activation code.
Problem is that the laptop shop is in another country and I cannot return their so the buyer can resolve the issue himself.
Please help me. It says I only ahve a few days to enter the activation code.

4. Run Windows Loader by DAZ
5. Click on Install
6. Restart

According to him he didn’t use any activator… so he don’t need WAT fix!

Use Windows Loader that is in my signature to activate Windows 7
