Win 8 Activation Offline

I had problems with win 7 in another thread so instead i installed Win 8 which is working fine…How though or what would i use to activate it offline??Im not online on that computer..do i need to activate it? I downloaded kms activator ultimate but from watching youtube you have to be online to use that??

I always use the phone activation for offline.
KMS does require internet access.

kms dosnt require internet access, CZ Portable Helper 2.7d has a kms service that can activate anything

tried that and followed instructions to a t..got 2 errors and a partial key it said still not activated..will try the pico when i find it..thanks
