Will this work on my tv?

but I’m not sure if it’ll work on my tv as I see it.
So pretty much how I see it is, I want to hook up the power ac to the wall and connect the av cable to my composite tv. My tv only has Red White and Yellow and a 4 pin s video so i’m not sure if the box comes with it and I’ll be able to hear sound and picture perfectly. I just want to put avi files on the hard drive and play it on my tv in 480i.

RM, RMVB, AVI, MPEG1(VCD), MPEG2(DVD), MP4.
Audio
MP3, WMA
Image Format
JPEG, M-JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PNG.
as long as you want to play just these formats it should work ok
you may have to convert/reindex MKV’s to play them

Will I have to worry about the audio for the avi file format? What if the audio is something other than mp3 or wma on the avi file?

Most of the avi files use xvid/mp3 codec for video/audio playing which doesn’t seem to be a problem playing in ur player too !!
