Wierd Computer Problem

My friend has got a wierd problem,after installing the game it doesnot start means if he double clicks the game.exe file this error occurs seculauncher:failed to start application[9000].The game he runs is Batman Arkham Asylum.
Has this got any problem with the graphic card because he just bought a new one Galaxy 9800GT 1GB graphic card.
Configuration of his PC is
AMD Athlon 64×2 4800+ 2.5Ghz Processor
ASUS M2N-MX SE Motherboard
3 GB RAM
Galaxy 9800GT 1GB Graphic Card
Any help would be appreciated

Maybe he got a bad crack? Try getting another crack

Yeah it is possible that it may be a bad crack but it’s the same crack that i used and the game is working perfectly.

.all u need to do is
# download the dll file from this url
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71
# then paste it in windows/system folder( instead of the binaries folder in C:/eidos)
# and click the game icon on ur desktop
# if u have other problems download the crack from reloaded and the paste the crack in the binaries folder and the dll file in the system folder in C:/
thats all and it should work perfectly
