If you want to watch movies, then find player that support many codecs. there are a lot of it, mate. KMplayer, Media Player Classic, or VLC, choose which one is suit for you. Winamp, afaik, only good in audio

if u want quality playback go for KMPlayer …if u want compability go for VLC

well VLC if its for general movies, vids etc But for RMVB or RM files its better to use real alternative.
But out of both Winamp

Winamp is clearly the better of those two, but if you want really good (and free) media library software, use MediaMonkey.
For video I can only advice you to use the KMPlayer.
