white box on desktop

I bought dell laptop 4 days ago and I have this problem since yesterday. 
it happens right after it gives me this error message:
then when I press ok, the white box still appears on desktop.
does anybody know how to solve it?

It’s something to do with the file mentioned (ss_wdg_glossary.jg)
As you can see it’s in the Dell directory. Chances are it’s bloat. I’d personally recommend using Dell backup manager to make an image for future recovery purposes then uninstall all the crap (except for the backup/restore software if you want to keep that for any reason)
justn out of interest is that dock at the top one you have installed, or did it come pre installed from dell?
