Which CPU to go for

Hey Guys,
I am in need of assistance and advice. I am about to get a new laptop for simple use … email, running a program that is not very demanding and browsing the internet every now and again.
I have a choice of two latops and two different prices ……. could you please let me know/provide advice on which one to pick.
Laptop 1:
DELL INSPIRON N4020
Intel Pentium Dual Core T4500
4GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
320GB SATA HDD
Laptop 2:
HP 620
Intel Celeron T3000
2 GB RAM DDR2
320GB SATA HDD
I know that Pentium is better then Celeron and the specs of laptop 2 are worse then laptop 1 but “1” is DELL and “2” is HP, also HP has wireless and DELL doesn’t ……. taking into consideration what I will be using the laptop for, I don’t need a performer, but a solid all-round laptop.
Also, HP has a 2 year on-site warranty and the DELL nothing ….
Please advise.

i don’t know alot about laptops but , just stay away from Celeron CPU’s .

I keep looking at the specs and think to my self, why did I even ask the question …. DELL’s specs are so much better …… sure it doesn’t have wireless but then again, I can get a usb wireless and that issue is sorted …… Thanks for your input guys ….. sorry for the trouble …… it was a dumb question :\

And dell don’t give out warranty anymore? Is laptop one a second hand laptop? Btw..as far as manufacturers go in laptops i would rate HP bellow dell on all levels.

Hp motherboards suck. Recalled millions. Be very cautious buying hp as there warranty is crap as well.
