What should my friend download to get rid of spyware/viruses

I have to suggest something simple cuz she doesn’t know computers..
but she has one of those things that comes up and says “you have a virus (fake virus scan)… click her to buy the antivirus” blablabla..

use Kaspersky AV
And install Zone Alarm Firewall also…
Its a good combo + its safe and easy to use
