I love music like this but don’t know what to search to download music like this. I love australian rock and would like to download some songs but not sure what to search.

Indie rock has always been a nebulous sort of description but at the moment, it describes the alternative/hipster rock bands. They have a very different sound to old school australian rock bands.

I live in the UK, and have only ever really listened to INXS, and that clip the OP posted.
Here in the UK it would be classed as Indie Rock (as that covers a multitude of sins)
No point arguing about it anyway.
