See if you can access it via a proxy
eg http://www.hideip.co
I would suggest flushing your DNS cache,
close all your browsers
start > run > ipconfig /flushdns
Then try accessing, if that fails, it is probably your ISP’s DNS servers – see if they have alternatives to use, or use Google’s DNS, or OpenDNS

It probably was down 9 hours ago though
