were are COD4 registry files located ?

i had a cod4 rip installed, but now i want the full thing and want to reinstall it, but my computer still thinks its installed even tho the files have been deleted.
so can anyone tell me were i can find and delete the files in regedit or somthing

Download Your Uninstaller! 2008…. and fix ..
Files should be in C: Prgrams/Activison…
