weird error while installing vbulletin

You guyz can see that in the above screenshot i am trying to install vbulletin 3.8 but when i open the installation link…it gives me this page with weird language…can anyone help me in solving this issue ?
i have properly configured the config.php file…n everything is ok..but i still dont know why is this error coming… ):
Previously i had a vbullletin 3.8…which was installed correctly n i was running it…but it started giving the same weird language error which u guyz can see in the screenshot above…n now when i’m trying to install it again…it is giving this error… ):
i have tried two to three different scripts but still the same problem.. ): …please help… ):

Try installing it with IE.

Make sure your ftp client is set to auto, rather than ascii/binary specifically.

Almost none – everything needs updated to work with vB4.

Its ascii and binary problems. Check the hosters PHP language files, as said it should be auto.
OT: vB4 is rather awesome
