Website to buy like moded systems or other not-so-legal item

Hey all. I use to know this website where they would sell things like,modded wii and Xbox jtag and like NDS with 100 games in a single game cart. It was more like an eBay site than a Craigslist site. I know someone here has to know it and hope they can share it with me. I think it was like an overseas site. Honestly I know this is a vague description, but is all I remember. :/

I never said illegal…. I said, no so legal because modded wii is not really illegal but also no legal…. Just hope someone can tell me the site.
