Website needs to verify my account with SMS. Area code 06

Hello,
I ordered a cheap server in Netherlands, but I need a cell phone so they can send a short 4-5 digit code that I need, in order to verify my order.
Is their a service online for this?
Like a free SMS gateway?
Will someone be willing to do this?
Please help me out! I live in the USA and I already paid for this thing, but have no way of confirming my order.
They need it so that I’m not a bot and I’m real person.

Does your landline not have an SMS service ?
Even here in backwards UK we have that.
