Virus Help?

– Its in my system32 and I can’t delete it for some reason, its ~ censored ~. I don’t know how I got it but any help would be appreciated on giving me some advice/help.
Avast will only help you to a certain point. I would suggest that you get a more sufficient virus protector that will (hopefully) wipe this problem away.
