Video card issues with installation of Tiny 7 on Acer laptop

October 21st, 2019

Hi Everyone,
After hunting for an answer on google for a while, i thought i should ask here. I installed Tiny 7 on my new laptop hoping that it would make it run faster, and it’s worked pretty much perfectly so far except for the graphics card. It’s a ati radeon xpress 1250. I’ve downloaded the appropriate drivers, and after installation completes, it’s appears as if nothing was installed. There is only an uninstall fodler in the ATI directory, the catalyst control center doesn’t load upon restart. I’m really confused and was wondering if you guys knew of any sort of solution.
Thanks for reading,
Mike

Answer #1
is graphics card support not included in Tiny 7?
Answer #2
Does anyone know? Crickets
Answer #3
are they 7 or vista drivers ?
if vista, try installing in compatibility mode for vista SP1 or SP2
I got 1600 drivers to install on Tiny7
Answer #4
They’re drivers for 32 bit 7. But I’ve tried xp, 64bit 7, and vista. Nothing seems to install. It runs error free but only the extraction folder in c:/ATI is there and some uninstall files in program files
