Oh! Sorry I should have provided more info. I have tried using a proxy with no avail, bypas did not work and I am trying to access the following past paper from the edexcel board:
http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/Securecontentpapers/GCSE%20French%201226/French-Paper-1H.zip
French exam tomorrow but it won’t let me download this past paper for some reason :S

Well I’m confused about the login details because I don’t have any and in the past I havent required any for it to work.
