Anyone heard of this before, i downloaded a couple movies from dvd4share.net that wasnt available anywhere else to find that the rars wouldnt extract. I checked the file mimes using TRiD and it showed that the files were just filled with null bytes? there are hundreds of movies on that site all the same, whats the point or am i missing something here?

Answer #2
As mentioned it’s likely a fake
Word of advice: If you find that a new piece of content, particularly is it’s highly anticipated, is available from only a single site, it’s likely to be fake so you should think twice before downloading it

I just looked at http://dvd4share.net/the-possession-uncut-edition/
There are two parts to the film, the first file 1024.0 MB (1073741824 bytes) the second file however is 281.0 MB (294601280 bytes).
The hoster states free downloads have to be less than 500 MB – are you using a premium a/c to get these large files as the second file just downloaded fine for me at the correct size and has the stated film inside.
*Edit – the hoster is included at real-Debrid, I just downloaded the first file as a premium user and no issues whatsoever.
Perhaps it is because you have a free account and are not able to download the large files and just get an empty rar ?
