Unlock code for Sony Ericsson Z300a

The stupid phone has a user lcok on it through ebay . It was advertised as onlocked, put the sim in there and no go. Is there a code to bypass it? oh and i cant find the IMEI number anywhere either ?

*#06# should reveal the imei , rather than unlocking it , you should reverse the paypal payment and give the guy / girl a hard time , kind of sucks to be ripped … i was just about to quote the same site the last user did , lol , anyway good luck with it.

You sure the phone is carrier locked and not just locked to prevent people from getting into it? Try a hard reset.
