Unable to install Trials Evolution!

So earlier I downloaded a torrent for Trials Evolution Repack and when double click on the executable it refuses to open.

please provide your system specs. Also see if the process is started or no in the Windows Task Manager.

iCore 7, 3.40 GHz
12 GB RAM
XFX AMD Radeon HD 6870
I just looked at the processes and the setup executable file for the game is running. So the process is running but it isn’t opening for some reason.

ok try to open as Admin….right click>properties>compatibility tab>tick run as admin.

It still isn’t working. I noticed a consent.exe file that is running in the processes.

ok. Try running the file in compatibility mode for XP.

I tried installing other games and I had the same issue. I would double-click an executable file and it wouldn’t run. So I decided to a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan and there were over 700 objects that were removed. After the files were removed I went back to try and install the same games (including Trials Evolution) that I was having issues with and they work fine now.
