Trying to find out what shopping cart software a website

i know website and its using a shopping cart software but i can’t recognize it and i would to make a website simillar to this one http://egypt.souq.com/eg-ar/ , i would apperciate it so much if anyone can help me out with this Thanks alot in advance
im still in need of this and im not looking to copy the website i just need a shopping cart software that have all of the abilities on this website
