Tranfer Music Video to Ipone 3G

Hey guys I have an Iphone 3G, how do i synce my Music Videos to my Iphone. I downloaded them from , and then i converted it to .mp4 but when i click synce in my iphone it doesnt show up after in my iphone. So can some help me point in the right direction. Thx in adnvace

im assuming that you have added them to iTunes, btw you dont need to convert them if they are in MP3 format

start itunes, click “music” on the left hand side, drag and drop them into the center pane. then connect your iphone and wait for it to sync

i did that but the video never showed up in the folder and when i synced it it still never showed up in my iphone
