Tips on jobs

Hello warezbb. Anyways i am currently 17 soon to be 18, from oakland, california. Soon to graduate from high school. I need some tips on how to get a job and making my resume as ive never had experience before, you will probably say they teach you that in high school my answer is no. Was a useless and garbage resume they made us make so i need some tips from professionals. And the other thing ive been trying is fast food restaurants burgerking, McDonald, etcetera. When i go in there they always say you have to apply online and i do, nothing ever. happens? I really need to get a job. Thanks for reading

tbh from personal experience
to get the first job its not about your resume too much.
you just gotta keep trying and go to places in person.
if they say they don’t have any jobs, just make a simple cv with your details, interest etc etc
just give it to them
and say here’s my cv.
and keep going back to them.
basically its all about confidence. you just gotta keep going and going. eventually when there is a job. they will think of you.
but yea mcdonalds and burger, you should just meet the manager and just give him your cv. even if he/she says there are no jobs or apply online.
just say
well here’s my cv or something.
and keep going back.
try clothing stores, and supermarkets too.

Thanks that is also one of my problems i mean i can talk to people when i need to but for some reason i just cant do it when trying to find a job i guess i have to work on my people skills also. More feedbacks appreciated

haha thats exactly how i was back then.
you just gotta remember that the worst they will say is nah.
and that you probly won’t see them again.
