Time out when downloading

it looks like everything is going well but when the file is about 99% and is ready to save to my computer i get this message
OPERATION TIME OUT!!!!
AND CLOSE THE DOWNLOAD..
ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO FIX THIS

At 99% exactly every time? Probably have some crappy AV deleting the file =/
yes it always happen at 99% i was thinking it was because problems with the websites where the file was getting downloaded from
This would happen to me every time when I used Avast! for an anti-virus. It would get to about .1MB (99%) left to finish downloading and it would say I lost connection to server or something like that.
Found out that it was Avast! deleting the file before it could finish downloading because it detected a crack/patch/keygen inside the RAR/ZIP file.
Try disabling your AV next time this happens and re-download the file. This will tell you whether it’s your AV interfering.
