any 1 know if this is ok to install it wont wipe my game saves like dead island did

There is nothing on the NFO that would indicate that the save files will be lost or replaced, but you really should back them up before installing the update.

I’m not sure, but it should be on My Documents » My Games folder.

I used update 5 yesterday and was able to carry playing from a save from a previous update..
