Test Drive Unlimeted Single player Problem!

I then downloaded the 1.66a patch and that installed went fine.
I entered the key that was in the notes thingy for the 1.66a patch and started to play the game, im able to select the dude i want to play as and rent the car to go to the house place and then im able to buy a car but when it comes to the first race where i have to pick “singleplayer” or “multiplayer” I click “singleplayer” as its a copied game and wont work online! but i get this screen and all it does is rotate round the screary and NEVER loads or anything, i am able to go to the menu tho but i dont want to quit the game or chanhe the settings i want to play the game!
How can i fix this! is it the crack im using…??
ALSO! i carnt click start or cancel
Sorry to bump/Double post but i rearly need help on this!
I wish I could help you but I really don’t play it for year But try to change video resolution helped me on an other game…
I tried that it still doesnt work
