Targa Mess Up
November 8th, 2013
It started off being really bad for consistency then just got worse. I’ve contacted support on numerous occasions and they said an update to solve your problem will be issued, this was years ago. I got a technician out to sort the problem but after telling him everything he told me to take it back and didn’t even bother opening it up even though something was rattling under the case. i took it back to the shop and they said contact the manufacturer, this was years ago. now its getting even worse i contact support again, they tell me warranty is out of date so they can’t do much. i told them everything before when it should of been recalled for repairs!
where do i stand now? i’ve got this useless laptop, they haven’t provided support that they claim. its as if they have longed it out so its out of warranty so they don’t have to do anything.
all laws in the UK go against what they done. i don’t know how to address this now, this laptop is fried although its runs for less than an hour. can i get a replacement upgrade out of them for all this i’ve gone through?
all help is much appreciated.
anyone able to help me with this?
im guessing its a laptop. open it up and clean the dust then try and boot again to see if it works. alot of crashes/freezes can be down to temperature problems alone.
im not a big head on laws :p so i dont know what u can do except try fixing it yourself.
its flimsy. it has been since purchase yet targa support are being a pain to deal with. i don’t want to open it up until targa end all routes to them repairing or replacing it. cheers. are there any guides on opening up a laptop? i’m sure it’ll prove to be hassle.
