Sync playlist from ipod touch to itunes

how to sync playlist from ipod touch to itunes
every time i sync my ipod, the playlist inside the ipod will missing

Use CopyTrans?!

Create the Playlist through iTunes then sync as normal, it SHOULD sync properly
