Swapping Motherboard on iPhone 4s?

August 5th, 2016

My aunt has a broken iPhone 4s, we tried to fix it but apparently we made it worst and all she want is the picture she had inside (she forgot to back it up) you can’t see the screen. It also doesn’t sync to itune but repeatedly making a syncing sound when you hook it up to the PC. So I was wondering if its possible to find a iPhone 4s and swap the motherboard and have everything attached still and fully functional (AT&T).

Just plug it into your computer and download iFunBox, (fingers crossed) it’ll detect the iPhone, and there should be a ‘Camera’ section where you can copy the whole contents to your computer.
Good luck!!!

it has to be synced in itunes for ifunbox to work… if you dont have it synced to itunes ifunbox will never find it. swapping a mother would be insane..maybe take to a place that does iphone repair… I wouldnt want to try it. not alot of options or pay some data recovery company.

Maybe try similar softwares like iTools or DiskAid?

Its likely the storage is on the motherboard by surface mount.
In anyway, this operation is beyond you.
A mobile phone repair specialist has a higher chance of doing this.
