Streaming music to stereo via Android device?

And also control the streaming music via my laptop/computer.
Basically I want my phone to just receive the music wireless-ly
Then I’ll hook it up to my stereo with the headphone jack and control the music with my laptop. (Next, pause, play, etc.)
Is such a thing possible?
OG Droid has been sitting for a long time, would be great to put it back to work
Use TeamViewer to control your phone from your computer, and stream music via what ever service you want. I use Spotify.
