SSD which one :?

Hey … Im willing to spend about 200 � to by myself a decent ssd (solid state drive) .Im from Greece so i checked the greek stores prices and models . And i am between these 3 products .

Read Speed: ~250 MB/sec
Write Speed : ~70 MB/sec
Which one you suggest me to buy ?
