Sony Vaio Onetime Password help

Please i need help.
Hi Fellas,
i have a sony vaio PCG-7F1L and i dont remember the password to the bios anymore, when i turn it on it asks for my password, and after three failed attempts i get an alpha-numeric key in this format
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX then it says enter onetime password, can you help me please. If anyone is willing to help i will provide the exact digits that is displayed.

This might or might not work but worth a try…

Sony PCG series can be unlocked by last 7 digit from serial number
Sony VGN-A series after 3 tries it generate random xxxx — 4-hex code
Sony VGN other series after 3 wrong tries it generate random 5×4 code, do not turn off laptop until get master password
For example: Sony VAIO VGN-SZ22 [268r-dkxj-38j7—9j2k] password: 33637436
