Someone has scripted my yahoo account

respected members someone has hacked my facebook account,and via it that person hacked my yahoo also, I’ve got to know it when i found mailer deamon notice of e mail failure in my account.someone has scripted it i guess.and the script is constantly sending emails to some celexa666@uzmail.com and few more addresses from my yahoo.i want to get rid of it.please forum members and respected warez authorities,help me out with this!!
